We are bridging the gap between conscious consumers and the living land that sustains them.
This is more than a produce box, it is a community, a commitment, and a part of the quiet revolution of how Sonoma County eats.

At Flydog Farm, we believe that if we take care of the system, the system will take care of us. The Harvest Collective extends that belief into every kitchen it reaches: by choosing to become a member, you choose food grown in living soil without synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers — food that nourishes the body, supports pollinators and wildlife, and supports a small women-owned farm in Dry Creek Valley.
โ
Every weekly share connects you to the real people who grew it, the real land it came from, and the real community that believes access to honest food should be a standard, not a luxury. Additionally, to honor our beloved pups, Fly and Charli who inspired our farm’s name, a percentage of every membership fee goes to donating pet food to our local food pantry.
Our methods of growing optimize nutrition and flavor, create habitat for wildlife, and support healthy soil and waterways.

FlyDog Farm Gives Back
In honor of our beloved pups Fly and Charli, who inspired this farm,a percentage of every membership fee is donated each month to our local food pantry — supplying pet food for animals in need. When you join The Harvest Collective, your dollars feed your family and nourish your community.
โ
What is a market-style CSA?
Instead of receiving a pre-packed mystery box, you visit our farm stand and choose your own items each week from what's been freshly harvested — filling your Flydog tote with exactly what your household will use. Each collective includes proportional shares of 6-7 freshly harvested vegetables and herbs (and sometimes fruit if the season is right). When you get to the farm stand to pick up, just read our menu for that week and see how much of each seasonal vegetable your collective is allotted, and make your selections. Any add-on items, like an extra bag of salad greens, or fresh cut flowers, for example, can be paid for on site.
โ
Are you certified organic?
Many regenerative farms like ours are not “organic certified” because of the extensive fees, inspections, and red tape required to get the label. We practice what the industry is calling "Beyond Organic”: still non-toxic and no synthetic chemicals used like “certified organic” farming, but we also focus on building a thriving ecosystem through biointensive permaculture that exceeds organic standards. That means we don’t rely on synthetic chemical fertilizers or pest control measures, but instead use methods such as interplanting, manual pest removal, herbal essential oils, composting, physical barriers such as netting, and other methods that are harmless to our environment and our consumers.
โ
What if I miss a pickup week?
We send a Friday email preview each week so you can plan ahead. Contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Right now, we are a small team with limited capacity to modify orders and pick ups. We appreciate your efforts to come visit us once a week to pick up your veggies. As our program grows, we hope to add skips/share credits to our offerings.
โ
What is the benefit of choosing our Harvest Collective over the Farmer’s Market?
You get access to wholesale prices through our program, meaning you pay less for the total veggie haul than you would have buying items individually at the market. Plus, you get a chance to see the land where your food was grown, chat with the women who worked hard to bring it to your table, and take a mindful moment at our farmstand to select your produce with care. You still get the peace of mind of knowing your food is clean, alive, and grown ethically, while also creating a direct line of connection to your farmers and the land.
โ
How does the philanthropy program work?
A percentage of your membership fee is automatically set aside to fund pet food donations for our local food pantry, in honor of our beloved pups Fly and Charli, who inspired this farm and its mission. We love feeding our community, and that also means feeding the furry members of the family too!
